About the Badge
The Founding Member Badge honors and recognizes Scouts who are inaugural members of a new Quilt Scouts troop established in 2024. This badge celebrates their pioneering spirit and commitment to setting the foundation for a thriving and dynamic troop environment.
Badge Requirements
- Become a member of the newly established Quilt Scouts troop in 2024
- Participate actively in the initial organization and planning to help shape the troop’s structure, activities, and goals
- Contribute to the development of the troop's unique identity

Badge Options
Embroidered Patch
The embroidered patch consists of high-quality embroidery on a twill backing. The patch measures 2″ x 2″. The patch has a Pellon interfacing on the back to cover embroidery threads and is intended to be sewn-on. It is not an iron-on patch.
Vinyl Sticker
The sticker is a thick and durable vinyl that is weatherproof and waterproof. Vinyl sticker measures 2″ x 2″.
